ern Shore for the expenses,

The Governor, when apprised of the

completion of said improvement, shall,

with the advice, &c. and annually there

sifter, appoint a Weighmaster of live

stock in,

Who shall weigh and determine the

gross weight of all beef, cattle and hogs

brought to, for sale and slaughter

Give certificate, to owner, &c.

And keep an official record thereof.
