RESOLUTIONS.

hereby authorised and directed to pay out of any un-
appropriated money in the Treasury, to Benjamin
Seegar, Joseph C. Talbot, Barry D. Gough, William
H. Hall and John Burnett committee clerks of the
House of Delegates, and Samuel W. Spencer, commit-
tee clerk of the Senate, each, the sum of fifty dollars as
a further remuneration for their services during the
present session of the legislature.

Resolution relative to a Digest of the Laws.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
so much of the resolution passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and thirty four, number sixty three,
as provides for the appointment by the Governor and
Council, of some person or persons to digest and com-
pile the laws of this State, be, and the same is hereby
repealed.

Resolvedly the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore of Maryland, pay
to Edward Thompson and Henry Webster the sum of
ten dollars each, for their services as extra committee
clerks.
