Resolution directing the Armorer at Annapolis, to de-
liver to Captain John C. Brown, of the City of
Baltimore, certain Arms therein mentioned.
Resolved. by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Armorer at Annapolis, be, and he is hereby direc-
ted to deliver to Capt. John C. Brown, of the city of
Baltimore, or his order, fusees, or muskets, not exceed-
ing seventy-five in number, upon bond being given by
him to he approved by the Adjutant General.

Resolution in favor of Andrew Slicer, and John Quynn.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay to Andrew
Slicer, messenger to the Senate, and John Quynn, door-
keeper to the House of Delegates the sum of sixty
dollars each, for taking care of the furniture in their
respective rooms, during the recess of the Legislature.

Resolution relative to the Commissioners Court of
Calvert County.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Commissioners Court of Calvert county, be direct-
ed to make a temporary investment in some monied
institution, of the money granted by Congress to the
Commissioners Court of Calvert county, for the bene-
fit of said county, so as to produce an interest of not
less than six per cent per annum.
