Resolution in favor of Margaret Lee.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is
hereby authorised and directed to pay to Margaret
Lee, the widow of Dudley Lee, out of any unappro-
priated money in the Treasury, the half pay of a
private during her life, as a further remuneration for
his services during the revolutionary war.

Resolution relative to Wetipquin Academy, and
Franklin School, in Somerset County.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Justices of the Orphans' Court of Somerset coun-
ty, be, and they are, hereby authorised and required to
pay over to the Trustees of the Franklin School, of
Somerset county, or their order, the sum of one hun-
dred and eighty dollars, and to the trustees of the
Wetipquin Academy, or their order, the like sum of
one hundred and eighty dollars, these sums being to-
gether, the amount of the unexpended balance in the
hands of said justices of the orphans' court: and the
sum of two hundred dollars to each of the said schools,
their trustees or their order, annually hereafter, out
of the part of the interest of the surplus funds of the
United States, which may be apportioned to Somerset
county.
