Resolution in favor of Rebecca Uncles.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is
hereby authorised and directed to pay to Rebecca Un-
cles, widow of Benjamin Uncles, a revolutionary sol-
dier, the half pay of a private during her life, as a
further remuneration for his services.

Resolution requiring the Sheriff of Allegany county I
to pay over to the Treasurer of the Poor School
Funds of said county, the amount forfeited by the
securities of Samuel Warwick.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the sheriff of Allegany county be, and he is hereby
directed to pay into the hands of the treasurer of the
poor school funds of said county, the amount forfeited
by the securities of Samuel Warwick.

Resolution relative to certain arms therein mentioned,
to be delivered by the Governor to Captain Thomas
Dowden, at Cumberland.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
his excellency the Governor, in giving out the arms
designated to be sent to captain Thomas Dowden, at
Cumberland, be requested to send one hundred and
eighty muskets and one hundred and twenty rifles,
with the necessary accoutrements attached thereto;
seventy-five stand of the muskets for the use of the
Cumberland Guards, and the residue of the arms for
the use of such other volunteer companies or indivi-
duals as may enrol themselves for the defence of the
county, east of the town of Cumberland, in Allegany
