CHAP. 338.

the first day of September, eighteen hundred and
thirty-eight, a correct statement of the amount of mo-
nies paid over to the treasurer of said county, by the
treasurer of the levy court, at the time of the dissolu-
tion of the levy court, with all the liabilities existing
at that time; and that the treasurer of said county al-
so publish, at the same time, the amount of receipts and
disbursements annually, since the organization of the
board of commissioners, with the amount of available
funds on hand at the times designated above.

A further additional supplement to an act, entitled, an
act to promote Internal Improvement, by the construc-
tion of a Rail Road from Baltimore to the City of
Washington.
|

Relative to two
tracks.
|
Be to enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That so much of the twelfth section of the further sup-
plement to the act, entitled, an act to promote inter-
nal improvement, by the construction of a rail road
from Baltimore to the city of Washington, passed at
December session eighteen hundred and thirty-two,
chapter one hundred and seventy-five, as requires two
sets of tracks, fit for use by travel and transportation,
to be completed within five years after the commence-
ment of said road, be, and the same is hereby repeal
led; provided, that nothing in this act shall be so con-
strued as to release said company from its obligation
to make a second track, whenever the Legislature of
this State shall require it.
