CHAP. 303.

Extension of
time.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That the time limited
in the act to which this is a supplement, for the com-
pletion of the rail road from the city of Baltimore to
the Borrough of York, he, and the same is hereby fur-
ther extended to the first day of November, in the year
eighteen hundred and thirty-eight.

SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Commissioners of Somerset coun-
ty be, and they are hereby authorised and required to
appoint three commissioners for each election district
in Somerset county, whose duty it shall he, or a ma-
jority of them, to assemble in the respective election
districts of said county, at such place as they may
think proper to appoint, at as early day as may be
