more, from his wife Margaret Griffith.

Divorce.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Daniel Griffith, of the city of Baltimore, be, and
he is hereby declared to be divorced from his wife
Margaret Griffith, a vinculo matrimonii.

An act for the distribution of the interest on the State's
share of the Surplus Revenue, and to apply the sur-
plus of the Charity, or Free School Fund, to the pur-
poses of Common School Education, so far as the same
relates to Caroline County.

Treasurer to
pay to Or-
phans' court.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Treasurer of the Western Shore
be, and he is hereby authorised and directed to pay to
the order of the orphans' court of Caroline county,
annually, at the same time he is now directed by law
to pay similar funds, such portion of the interest on
the surplus revenue as said county shall, or may, from

time to time be entitled to, and it shall be the duty of
the said court on receiving the same, as aforesaid, to
make an equal distribution among the several election
districts of said county, and it shall be the further duty
of said court to. divide the amounts so apportioned to
the election districts, equally among all the schools or
sites that may, at the, time, be either laid off or in ope-
