An act for the distribution of School Moneys and the
encouragement of Schools and Teachers, in Harford
County.

Orphans' court
to draw in-
come annually.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the orphans' court of Harford county
shall draw on the Treasurer of the Western Shore an-
nually, in the second week in July, for such portion of
the increase of the income of that part of the surplus re-
venue received from the Government of the United
States, of which the interest lias been pledged by the
State for purposes of education, as Harford county shall
be entitled to receive; and shall also draw as aforesaid
for the share which Harford county is entitled to receive

may ballot for five persons, residents in such district,
to be district school commissioners, for purposes men-

election district, shall be district school commissioners
