pany shall fail to cause such jury to be so summoned,
then, and in that case the parties aggrieved shall have
the power to apply to the county court of said county,
whose duty it shall be to order and direct a jury to
be summoned to assess such damage.

A supplement to an act passed at December session, eigh-
teen hundred and thirty-six chapter two hundred and
seventy nine, to lay off Worcester county into School
districts and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Levy Court of Worcester County, are hereby
authorised and required to appoint commissioners to
complete the divisions of said county, into School dis-
tricts, and to carry into effect all of the provisions of
said act, to which this is a supplement.

An act for the benefit of Henry Miller, of Queen Ann's
county.
|

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland.
That Henry Miller of Queen Ann's county, and State
of Maryland, be, and he is hereby entitled to the bene-
fit of the Insolvent laws of Maryland, without the re-
quisitions of two years residence in said state, as pre-
scribed by the laws, provided, said Henry Miller shall
in all other respects comply with the Insolvent laws
of Maryland; and provided also, that the said Henry
Miller shall be compelled to file his petition for the
benefit of said acts, before the appropriate tribunal in
Queen Ann's county, before his discharge, and shall
satisfy said tribunal that he did not come into this
State, with the view of obtaining the benefit of the In-
solvent laws.
