An act to divorce John Jacobs, of Frederick county.
from his wife, Christiana Jacobs.

Divorce.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That John Jacobs, of Frederick county, be, and he is
hereby declared to be, divorced from his wife, Christi-
ana Jacobs, a mensa et thoro.

An act to divorce Frederica Meyer, of the city of Balti-
more, from her husband, George Meyer.

|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Frederica Myer, of the city of Baltimore, be,
and she is hereby declared to be, divorced from her hus-
band, George Meyer, a mensa et thoro.

An act to authorise the laying out and opening a Road
in Worcester county, therein mentioned.

open.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That John N. Whittington, Francis Mez-
ick, Matthias N. Lindsey, be, and they are hereby ap-
pointed commissioners to survey, lay out and open a
road, not exceeding twenty feet in width, in the best
and straightest direction, taking all circumstances in-

to, consideration, commencing at the corner of Levi
Merrill's fence, on the county road leading from New
Town to Cedar Hall; thence running across what is
called the New Bridge, and through the lands of Wil-
liam Schoolfield, Elijah Schoolfield, Joseph School-
field, Samuel Brittingham, Joseph B. Houston and
John U. Dennis, to intersect the Pitt's Creek Road,
somewhere in the neighborhood of Noah Carsley's;

and the said commissioners shall make out a plat, and
return the same to the clerk of Worcester county
