A supplement to an act, entitled, an act to Divorce Julia
Ann Decker, of the city of Baltimore, from her hus-
band John H. Becker.

Divorce.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Julia Ann Becker, of the city of Baltimore, be,
and she hereby is declared to be divorced from her
husband John H. Becker, a vinculo matrimonii, and
|
|
|
Guardianship.
|
she is hereby declared to be entitled to the care, custo-
dy and guardianship of her child, or children, by her
marriage with the said John H. Becker.

A supplement to an act, entitled, an act to lay out and
open a new Road in Frederick and Carroll counties,
passed at December session eighteen hundred and
thirty-seven.

Relative to lo-
cation.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That so much of the law to which this is a supplement,
making it obligatory upon the commissioners therein
named, to locate a certain call in the road therein men-
tioned, east of Samuel Winer's dwelling, be, and the
name is hereby repealed; provided, that nothing here-
in contained shall be so construed as to prevent the
commissioners, or a majority of them, under oath or
affirmation, from making such location for this part of
the above named road as they may deem best and most
practicable and with the least expense to said counties.
