kind of property, estate and effects, to a limited
amount, in trust, for the purposes aforesaid: — There-
fore,

CHAP. 147.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Richard Potts, Davis Richardson,
Basil Norris, Richard H. Marshall, and William J.
Ross, and their successors in office, elected in the
manner hereinafter provided, shall be, and they are
hereby incorporated, and made a body politic, by
the name of "The Trustees of the Orphan House
and Episcopal Free School Society of All Saints

perpetual succession, and be capable in law of recei-
ving and holding, in trust, and of using and disposing
of, as is hereinafter provided, all kinds of gifts, grants,
