primary school, of children not residing

within their respective districts, as they

shall deem necessary for the interest of the

children residing in said districts, &c. and

to prevent the introduction of a greater

number of scholars, not residing in said

district, than can be properly attended to,

&c. children of adjoining districts, who re-

side nearer to the school of such adjoin-

ing district, than the one in which such

children reside, not to be prevented admis-

sion,
