to levy, including Howard district, a sum

of money sufficient to defray all liabilities up

to the time of the passing this act, etc.

Trustees of the poor to remove from alms

house of A. A. county, all persons who

are taken from any part of Howard district;

commissioners to pay to trustees expenses

of such removal, and to levy a sum suffi-

cient lor such payment, and to defray ex-

pense of keeping the paupers until so re-

moved
