CO. — Levy court of, to levy a sum of money

ment of monies first to erection of school

houses, &c. residue in payment of teachers

&c. repealed; trustees to apply funds to

under warrants of survey, &c. from Land

office, orders, &c. of resurvey from county

courts and Chancellor, §4 per day; his ac-
count for services if required to be stated

of all surveys, &c, both to be procured at

the cost of the county, &c.

Levy court of, if they deem it expedient,
to build on the site of the present court

house in, a new court house, &c. old mate-

rials to be used of the present courthouse,

and to borrow not exceeding $10, 000,

&c.
