When the sum of debts due by any per-

son at the time of application shall exceed

$50, and not exceed $200, commissioners

and clerk to receive $1, but not prevented

from charging in such cases when interro-

gatories are filed by creditor, the same fees

now allowed, &c. in cases of unfavorable

report upon the ground of fraud, fees in
first instance to be paid by creditor, &c.
