CHARLES

CO. Upon the appointment of a clerk to the

commissioners, clerk of the levy court, on

demand, by order of said commissioners

forthwith to deliver all books, &c.

book-case for the books, &c. commission-

ers to levy a sum not exceeding $25, to de-

fray the expense,
