CHARLES

CO. — Voters qualified to vote for members of

the House of Delegates, at the annual elec-

tion of delegates, and at the same time

every three years, vote for seven persons,

etc.

Judges of election, etc. to make return

in manner similar to return for delegates,

etc. returning judges to meet on same day
and place, and when met to ascertain and

certify number of votes given, etc. and al-

so to certify and return to the clerk of the

county, the seven persons having the high-

est number of votes, as elected commis-

sioners to serve for three years, etc. certifi-

cates to be deposited with clerk by said

judges and filed; commissioners elected to

choose one of their body as president; in

case any commissioner should die or ne-

glect to qualify, etc. within sixty days, or

remove from the county, etc. a majority to

appoint a person, etc. to serve until next

election, etc.

official information from the clerk of said

county, to appoint a day for new election,

upon at least ten days notice, exclusive of

the day of election, judges to hold election

under the regulations provided for the re-
