sons remaining upon original pannel to

serve as petit jurors; no person to be sum-

moned more than once in a year, etc. nor

until 25 years old, etc.

can be imposed, to endorse on commitments

names of witnesses, etc. who have appear-

ed, etc. and warden of the jail upon re-

ceiving the same to enter the names, etc. on
