201, repealed, so far as relates to Frederick

county, except so much providing that the

chief justices shall furnish to the levy courts,

&c. of the several counties, before the first

of June each year, a full statement of the

amount of fees received by said judges,

MARYLAND PENITENTIARY— Purveyor to, to be

appointed, in lieu of the two agents appoin-

ted by the act of 1837, ch. 320, to visit

daily the said Penitentiary, and to perform

the duties which may have been heretofore
