Resolution in favor of Captain N. H. Green.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Adjutant General, be and he is hereby directed and re-
quired to have made and delivered to Captain Nicholas H.
Green, of Annapolis, for the use of the Annapolis Greys,
such number of knapsacks as he may require for the use
of said company, not exceeding fifty, of glazed leather,
upon bond being given by him, to be approved by the
Adjutant General.

Resolution in favor of George P. Cook.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the orphans' court of Harford county, be and they are
hereby directed to pay, out of the school funds of Hall's
Cross Roads District, to George P. Cook, as assignee of
Thomas M. Kennedy, the sum of sixteen dollars and fifty-
seven cents, for services rendered by said Kennedy, in
teaching poor children in said district during two quarters,
ending in February and in April, eighteen hundred and
thirty-seven, which was duly proven and certified, but was
omitted to be presented to the school commissioners for
payment before he had accounted with said court.

Resolution in favor of Daniel Caulk.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore of Maryland, pay to
Daniel Caulk, or to his order, the sum of eight dollars,
for two days services as sergeant-of-arms, during the in-
disposition of the present sergeant.
