land, said Hugo being her heir.

Resolution requiring the Register of the Land Office to
correct error in certain Patent therein mentioned.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Register of the Land Office for the Western Shore, be
and he is hereby directed to correct all errors in a patent
issued out of the Land Office for the Western Shore, to a
certain Southey Whittington, bearing date the twenty-third
day of February seventeen hundred and twenty-six, for a
tract of land called "Choice, " so that the same patent may
correspond with the original certificate of survey upon
which said patent was issued.

Resolution in favor of Mary Waltman.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the Western Shore, be and he is hereby
directed to pay to Mary Waltman, of Frederick county,
widow of Michael Waltman, a soldier of the revolution,
or her order, annually, in quarterly payments, during life,
a sum of money equal to the half pay of a private, in con-
sideration of the revolutionary services of her said hus-
band.

County.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the Western Shore of Maryland, pay out
of any unappropriated money in the treasury, to the clerk
of Allegany county court, or to his order, the sum of one
