Resolution in favor of Catharine Paul, widow of Thomas
Paul, a Soldier of the Revolution.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the Western Shore, be and he is hereby
directed to pay to Catharine Paul, widow of Thomas Paul,
a soldier of the revolution, or her order, in quarterly pay-
ments for life, commencing January one, eighteen hun-
dred and forty, the half pay of a sergeant, in considera-
tion of the services of her said husband in the revolution-
ary war.

Resolution in favor of Nathan Fitzpatrick.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the Western Shore, be and he is hereby
directed to pay to Nathan Fitzpatrick, a soldier of the re-
volution, or his order, annually, in quarterly payments
during his life, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a
private, commencing with the first day of January eigh-
teen hundred and forty.

Resolution in favor of Captain John Thomas.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the armorer at Annapolis, be and he is hereby directed and
required to deliver to Captain John Thomas, or his order,
forty belts with clasps, upon being given, to be approved by
the Adjutant General.
