the amount of money which may be expended under the
provisions of this act, or which has heretofore been ex-
pended upon the Eastern Shore rail road, shall be taken
and considered as a part of said million of dollars.

An act to divorce John Tull, from his wife Beersheba Tull.

WHEREAS, it appears to this General Assembly, that
John Tull and Beersheba Tull, his wife, has been living
separate and apart for several years past; and whereas, the
affections of the parties are so entirely alienated as to
preclude all hope of their living together in harmony and
peace — therefore,

Preamble.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That John Tull, be and he is hereby divorced,
a vinculo matrimonii, from his wife Beersheba Tull.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Beersheba

sirname, which she used before her intermarriage with her
said husband.

Divorce.

To re-assume
her sirname.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the said John Tull
shall not, by virtue of his marriage with the said Beershe-
ba, be in any manner entitled to or claim any right, title or
interest in the estate, real, personal or mixed, of the said
Beersheba; nor shall the said Beersheba be entitled to have
or claim any right, title or interest in the estate, real, per-
sonal or mixed, of the said John Tull.

CHAPTER 325.

Rights secured.

An act to incorporate the Montgomery Company.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Thomas Landsdale, Thomas C. Miller,
John Berry, Thomas S. Berry, James Arthen, their asso-
ciates, successors and assigns, are hereby made, constitu-
ted and declared to be a body corporate and politic, by
