LAWS OF MARYLAND.

CHAP. 2.
Former act re-
vived.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the proceedings had,
and the division made between districts numbers one and
ten in said county, under the act of Assembly passed at
December session eighteen hundred and thirty-five, chap-
ter forty-four, and confirmed at December session eighteen
hundred and thirty-six, entitled an act to amend the Con-
stitution and Form of Government, so far as relates to the
division of Allegany county in election districts, and to
establish an additional election district, be and the same
are hereby revived and declared to be in full force and
virtue in law.

CHAPTER 2.

Passed Mar. 20
1840.

An act to confirm an act, entitled an act to amend the Con-
stitution and Form of Government of this State, limiting
the future sessions of the General Assembly.

Confirmed.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the act, entitled an act to amend the Constitution
and Form of Government of this State, limiting the future
sessions of the General Assembly, passed at December
session eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, chapter four
hundred and eleven, be and the same is hereby ratified
and confirmed.
