dericke Utermohle.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That August Utermohle, of the city of Baltimore, be and
he is hereby divorced from his wife Fredericke Uter-
mohle, a vinculo matrimonii.
CHAPTER 260.

Divorce.

An act to authorise Richard C. Hardesty, Collector of the
First Collection District of Anne Arundel County, to
complete his Collections of County Taxes in said Dis-
trict.
|

1840.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Richard C. Hardesty, collector of the
first collection district of Anne Arundel county, be and
he is hereby authorised and empowered to collect any
taxes, or balance of taxes, now remaining due to and un-
collected by him in the district aforesaid, in the same
manner, and with the same power and privileges, as are
allowed by the existing laws in said cases made and
provided.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall not con-
tinue in force longer than one year from the date of the
passage thereof.

from his wife Harriet Hayes.

That John Hayes, of the city of Baltimore, be and he is
