manage the affairs of the Hereford Academy, who shall
be elected annually on the first Saturday in May, if
practicable, if not before the first day in June in the
manner hereinafter mentioned, and four trustees shall
connected with said academy.

CHAP. 73.
|

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That any person or per-
sons who have, or may subscribe the sum of five dol-
lars, for the benefit, of this instigation, shall be entitled
to life membership, privileged to vote at each and

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That the several parts of
the act of incorporation repugnant to the provisions of
this act, be, and the same are hereby repealed.
CHAPTER 72.

Repealing clause.

An act to authorise the Clerk of Montgomery County
Court to remove the records and public documents of
said county to another office.
|

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Clerk of Montgomery County Court be, and
he is hereby authorised, directed and required to re-
move the records and public documents of said county,
provided and appropriated to his use, in the court
house lately creeled in said county.

Removal directed.

An act to authorise the Levy Court of Frederick County,
and the Commissioners of the Tax of Carroll County,
to erect a Bridge over Little Pipe Creek, at or near the
grist mill of Daniel P. Saylor, on the public road
leading from Taney Town, through Middlebury, in
Carroll County, to Johnsville, Liberty Town and
New Market.
