tern Shore Rail Road Company, on the State's sub-
scription to the capital stock of the said company, an
amount sufficient to meet the present necessities of the
said company, in carrying on its present operations,
which amount shall be certified by the president and
directors of said company, to the said treasurer, and
shall not exceed the sum of two hundred thousand dol-
lars; provided, a like and proportial payment shall
have first been made in cash by bona fide stockholders,
owning at least eleven hundred and thirty three shares
of the capital stock of said company; and further resol-
ved, that no other instalment shall be paid on the
State's subscription, until sifter alike and proportional
instalment, has been actually made in cash by bonafide
stockholders, owning at least twenty five hundred and
fifty four shares of the capital stock of said company.

Resolution in favor of William Glover.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay to William
Glover, one hundred and eighty four dollars, for for-
ty-six days attendance as door keeper to the Senate.
