Passed Feb. 27,
1839.
|
Resolution authorising the Treasurer of the Western
Shore to pay to Rebecca Robosson, widow of Charles
Robosson, a first lieutenant in the revolutionary
army, the half pay of a first lieutenant during her
life, commencing on the first day of January, eigh-
teen hundred and thirty-nine.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is here-
by directed to pay unto Rebecca Robosson, of the city
of Baltimore, widow of Charles Robosson, a first lieu-
tenant in the revolutionary army, or to her order, the
half pay of a first lieutenant of the revolution, during
her life, in quarterly payments, commencing the first
January, eighteen hundred and thirty-nine.

County.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is here-
by directed to pay to Amelia Lord, of Dorchester
county, widow of Henry Lord, a soldier of the revolu-
tion, or to her order, the half pay of a private of the
revolution, during her life, in quarterly payments,
commencing the first day of January, eighteen hundred
and thirty-nine.
