SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That William Powell, H. B. Feddeman,
William A. Andrews, Ed. T. Paca, Arthur W. H.
Emory, James Bordley, Wm. Rose, Thomas Warron,
John P. Paca, James Kelly, John C. Wooters, Alex-
ander Ridgaway, Cornelius Sherwood, John H. Hott,
Joseph Callahan, Nicholas Rice, Elizabeth A. Red-
man, Mary Redman, Dr. Lydenham, T. Russum, John
T. Goldsmith, Jesse Robinson, John Dawson, Richard
Feddemans, Ed. R. Nicholson, John Lee, William
Allen, Ed. Williams, John Cecil, Samuel Hassett,
Philip Marshall, F. E. Jump, William B. Legg, Hen-
ry Hassett, John Rose, J. C. Powell, Elizabeth A.
Feddeman, P. B. Hooper, James W. Starkey, and all
such other persons as may be hereafter associated with
them, shall he and they are hereby incorporated and
made a body politic and corporate, under the name
