LAWS OF MARYLAND.

CHAP. 333

Groome, Joseph Wallace, Henry Bollingsworth, and
all others who now are, or who may hereafter become

members of the institution agreeably to such rules and

regulations as now are, or may from time to time, be

established, for the government and management of
the same, and their successors and assigns, be, and
