CHAP. 325.

vacancies being however hereby required, before they
shall be competent to act, to enter into bond, with sure-
ties and condition, and in penalty as prescribed by the
second section of this act in regard to the commission-
ers herein named.

Limit 2 years.

Sec. 7. And be it enacted, That this act and all the
privileges, franchises and rights conferred hereby,
shall expire and cease to he exercised at the expira-
tion of two years from and after the passage of this
act.

A supplement to an act for the building of a public
Bridge over the South-East branch of the Wicomico
River, at Salisbury, in Somerset County, passed De-
cember session, eighteen hundred thirty-seven, chap-
ter ninety-four.

firmed.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the proceedings of the commissioners appointed
by the act, to which this is a supplement, be, and the
same are hereby confirmed, so far as relates to the lo-
cation of any street, or streets, from the said bridge to
any other street in Salisbury, and to the assessment of

Restrictions.

damages: provided, however, that the cost of building
said bridge, and the amount of said damages, shall not
exceed, when added together, the sum of eight hundred
dollars.

An act to allow James Worthington, of John, to change
the location of a Public Road.
|
|
|
Permission granted.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That James Worthington, of John, be, and
he is hereby authorized to change the location of the
public road through his farm, in Anne Arundel county,
so as to make said road run parallel with the Annapo-
lis and Elkridge Rail Road; provided, that it be done
at the expense of the said Worthington, and that the
