ing privilege, or have the right to issue any note in the
nature of a bank note.

An act to revive the twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth and
fifteenth sections of an act, passed December session
eighteen hundred and fifteen, chapter one hundred and
sixty-six, entitled, an act to incorporate a Company
to make a Turnpike Road from the Frederick and
Baltimore Turnpike Road, commencing at the west
end of Frederick Town, to Harper's Ferry, on the
Potomac River.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the provisions of the twelfth, thirteenth, four-
teenth and fifteenth sections of an act, passed at De-
cember session, eighteen hundred and fifteen, chapter
one hundred and sixty-six, be, and the same are here-
by revived and extended to the President and Mana-
gers of the Frederick and Harper's Ferry Road Com-
pany.

A further supplement to an act, entitled, an act relating
to the people of colour in this State, passed at Decem-
ber session, eighteen hundred and thirty-one, chapter
two hundred and eighty-one, so far as the same re-
lates to Frederick County.

WHEREAS, by the erection of Carroll county out of
parts of Baltimore and Frederick counties, the assess-
able property of Frederick county has been reduced;
and whereas, by an act, passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and thirty-one, chapter two hundred
and eighty-one, the levy court of Frederick county
were required to levy upon the assessable property of
