the current expenses of said house.

Sec. 6. And be it enacted, That if, after the fore-
going provisions have been carried into effect, the said
trustees shall deem the profits arising from the pro-
duction of raw silk as aforesaid, are such that it would
conduce to the interest and advantage of said house to
increase the amount of its production of this article,
