Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Ezra Hoffman, of Frederick county, be, and he
is hereby divorced from his wife Mary Ann Hoffman,
a vinculo matrimonii.

A supplement to an act, entitled, an act to provide for
electing Commissioners for Allegany County, and pre-
scribing their powers and duties, passed at Decem-
ber session, eighteen hundred and twenty-nine, chap-
ter twenty-five.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the county commissioners of Allegany county be,
and they are hereby directed to publish annually, in
two newspapers published in said county, an exhibit
of the receipts and expenditures of said county, naming
the amount, and from what sources received, the sum,
or sums levied, the object, or work for which appro-
prations have or may be made, the amount expended
on each, and the person receiving the same, anything
in the act to which this is a supplement to the contrary
notwithstanding.
