trators, be deemed and taken to be personal estate of
said Daniel Clarke and shall be accounted for as such,
to the Orphans' Court of Prince George's county, and
to every effect as to them and their securities in their
administration, shall be taken to be within the condi-
tion of said bond.

first collection district of Baltimore County, further
time to complete his collections.

136, extended.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That an act, entitled, an act to authorize Elijah Tay-
lor, former collector of taxes in the first, collection
district in Baltimore county, to complete his collec-
tions, passed at December session, eighteen hundred
and thirty-five, chapter one hundred and thirty-six,
be, and the same is hereby continued in full force and
effect, until the first day of January, eighteen hundred
and forty-one, anything in the act aforesaid, or in any
other act of Assembly to the contrary notwithstanding.

|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Joseph Browne, of Kent county, be, and he is
hereby divorced from his wife Mary Browne, a vin-
culo matrimonii.
