survey and locate the town of Elkton, and also to execute
upon parchment a minute, full and particular plat of said
town, which plat when executed and approved by said
commissioners, shall be recorded in the office of the clerk
of Cecil county court, and be deposited there for safe keep-
ing.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the cost of said survey,
and plat, shall be paid by the said commissioners out of any
funds in their hands, belonging to the town of Elkton, not
otherwise appropriated.

An act for the benefit of the infant children of Rasin M.
Gale, late of Kent county deceased.
|
Passed Feb.
5, 1844.
|
Whereas it is represented to this General Assembly,
that a certain Ann W. Trulock, late of Kent county
deceased, by her last will and testament, did devise unto a
certain Rasin M. Gale and his heirs, certain real estate in
Kent county, and also certain other real estate in said coun-
ty, to a certain Joseph E. Gale, and whereas the said Rasin
M. Gale purchased the interest of the said Joseph E. Gale,
in and to the said lands: and whereas the said Rasin M Gale
has departed this life, leaving infant children his heirs at
law, and whereas it is also represented that the personal
estate of the said Ann W. Trulock, is insufficient for the
payment of her debts, and it would be for the interest of
the infant children, of the said Rasin M. Gale, that a part
of his personal estate, should be applied to the payment of
the debts of the said Ann W. Trulock, and thereby secure
the said real estate devised to the said Rasin M. Gale, for

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Orphans Court of Kent county, be and they are
hereby authorised and empowered, to authorise a portion of
the personal estate of Rasin M. Gale, late of said county
deceased, to be applied to the payment of the debts of Ann

W. Trulock, also late of said county deceased, provided,
that in their judgment such application shall be for the
benefit and advantage of the infant children of the said
Rasin M. Gale deceased.
