he is hereby released from the condition and obligation, to
leave the State of Maryland, in virtue of a pardon granted
by the executive of the State, from the penalty of a con-
viction in Frederick county, for assault and battery, and
lie is hereby restored to all the rights of citizenship of
said Stale.

An act relating to the Insolvent Laws.
|
In full force.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the several acts and statutes of this State relating to
insolvent debtors, which were in force at the time of the
passing of the late bankrupt law, by the Congress of the
United States, be, and they are hereby re-enacted and
declared to be in full force and operation, and all proceed-
ings had under said laws are hereby declared to be valid
and effectual in the same manner, and to the same effect, as
if the said bankrupt law had never been enacted.

An act to allow Thomas Lusby, former Sheriff and Col-
lector of Kent county, further time to complete his col-
lections.
|
Time allowed.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That all the provisions of the act entitled, "an act to allow
Thomas Lusby, late sheriff and collector of Kent county,
further time to complete his collections, " passed at Decem-
ber session eighteen hundred and forty-one, chapter two
hundred and fifty-six, be, and the same is hereby further
extended until the first day of May, eighteen hundred and
forty-five.
