Eward R. Wheeler, or his deputies, to recover any claim
or balance due by a deceased person, m the same manner
that claims against deceased persons are now recovered
by law, and provided also, that this act shall only continue
in force for three years from the date of its passage.

An act to allow Thomas H. Ford, former Sheriff of Queen
Ann's county, further time to complete his collections.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the time allowed to Thomas H. Ford, former sheriff
of Queen Ann's county, by an act passed at December ses-
sion eighteen hundred and forty-two, chapter two hundred
and sixteen, to complete his collections, be, and the same
is hereby further extended until the twentieth day of Octo-
ber, eighteen hundred and forty-five.

An act for the relief of the securities of Israel D. Mayber-
ry, late collector of the Taxes of Allegany county.

26, 1844.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That all the provisions of the act entitled, an act for the
relief of the securities of Israel Mayberry, late collector of
the taxes for Allegany county, passed at December session
eighteen hundred and forty-one, chapter two hundred and
thirty three, be, and the same are hereby extended until the
first day of July, eighteen hundred and forty-six.
