tion of its capital therein, and that so soon as said bank shall
sell any of the stock which it may so purchase its power
and authority to make any further purchase of said stock
shall from that time forward cease.

 

CHAPTER 86.

An act to authorise the transfer of certain guardian's ac-
counts from Anne Arundel county to Howard District.

Register to
cause copies
to be made.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That in all cases where guardian's accounts
have been opened on the books of the Orphan's Court of
Anne Arundel county, prior to the formation of Howard
District, it shall be the duly of the Register of Wills for
Anne Arundel county, at the request of any such guardian,
to cause such copies and extracts to be made, under seal, as
may be necessary to a full statement of such guardian's
account, which copies and extracts, when received by the
Register of Wills for Howard District, shall be placed on
record, and be sufficient authority for, and it shall be the
duty of the Orphan's Court of said district, to direct
accounts to be opened with such guardians as aforesaid, in
the same manner and under the same restrictions, as if such
guardians account had originated in said district.

In case of
transfer full
copies under
seal shall be
made.

Sec 2. And be it enacted, That in all cases, where
guardians accounts shall be transferred as provided in the
first section of this act, it shall be absolutely necessary that
a full copy of such guardians bond under seal, shall accom-
pany the copies and extracts aforesaid, and be recorded by
the Register of V\ ills for Howard District, and shall be as
effectual in law, as if originally filed in the office of said
register.
