An act to authorise the commissioners of Harford county, to
build a bridge over Winter's run, at Davis' Ford, in said
County.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of Harford county, be and they
are hereby authorised, if in their judgment they deem the
same proper and expedient, to build a bridge over Winter's
run in Harford county, at the place commonly known as
Davis' Ford, the expense of building such bridge to be

An act for the incorporation of the Evening Star Encamp-
ment of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, of the
State of Maryland, located in the town of Havre-de-
Grace.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That John Donahoo, F. D. Anderson, Aquilla
Baily, Thomas M. Bacon, R. W. Cropett, Parker Barnard,
Ben. B. Williams, R. B. Vandever and James F. Sullivan,
and their successors, be and they are hereby declared to be
a community, corporation and body politic, by the name
and style and title aforesaid, and by that name, they and
their successors, shall and may at all times hereafter be
capable in law, to have, receive and retain to them and
their successors, property, real and personal, also devises
or bequests of any person or persons, bodies corporate or
politic, capable of making the same, and the same at their
pleasure to transfer or dispose of in such manner as they
