Resolution in favor of Joshua Smith, administiator of Wil-
liam Willis.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, be and he is hereby
directed to pay Joshua Smith, administrator of William
Willis, thirty-two dollars, it being the amount paid by said
Smith into the Treasury, for eight marriage I icenses which
were defaced or destroyed in the clerks office of Carroll
county.

Resolution in favor of William B. Stone.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay to William B. Stone
or order, the sum of fifty dollars for professional services
rendered as attorney for the State, in Saint Mary's county
court, in the case of the State of Maryland vs. William
Reeder and others.

Resolution in favor of John C. Kelly.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, be and he is hereby
directed to pay to John C. Kelly or his order, the sum of
fifty dollars, for his services in aiding to bring the murderer
Andrew Helman, alias Adam Horn to justice, and for the
expense to which he was necessarily subjected in going to
and returning from Philadelphia.
