An act providing for the building of a Watch-House in
the town of Havre-de-Grace.

Commission-
ers to levy.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of Harford county, be and are
hereby authorized, to levy a sum of money (not ex-
ceeding the sum of two hundred dollars,) on the taxable
property of said county, for the purpose of building a
watch-house in the town of Havre-de-Grace; provided
they deem it expedient so to do.

An act relating to the collection of county taxes in Howard
District.
|
Repealed.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the passage of this act, an act enti-
tled, an act supplemental to an act entitled, an act to re-
gulate the municipal government of Howard District of
Anne Arundel county, passed at December session eigh-
teen hundred and forty, chapter five, be and the same is
hereby repealed.
