CHAP. 281.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the said William
Rowe, Thomas Hunter, Geoige Little, Ambrose Bull and
Nicholas Bull, senior, be and they are hereby constituted
and appointed the trustees of said property for the purpo-
ses therein mentioned, with full power to transact all bu-
siness connected or appertaining to the said church or
school not inconsistent with the nurposes herein set forth,
an d for the purpose of perpetuating the same, the said
before mentioned trustees or a majority of them, or the
survivors of them shall have power to fill such vacancy
or vacancies as may occur from time to time by death,

CHAPTER 280.

 

A supplement to an act entitled, an act to incorporate the
Patuxent Company,

7, 1844.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Patuxent Company may increase its capital
stock, in the sum of one hundred thousand dollars; and
any increase in the capital stock of said company, shall
be divided into shares of one hundred dollars each.

An act entitled a further supplement to the act authorising
the appointing of inspectors and wood corders, and to
regulate the cording of wood, brought to the city of
Baltimore.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the passage of this act, it shall and
may be lawful for the vendor or vendors of wood brought
to the city of Baltimore by water for sale, to dispose of
the same without being measured by the inspectors or cord-
