the deduction of the annual commission, to pay the same
over to the said securities or their order, to compensate in
part the said securities for the amount they were required
to pay by reason of their said suretyship.

CHAPTER 277.

 

An act entitled, an act to carry into effect the agreement
therein mentioned between the Trustees of Alexander
McDonald, late of the City of Baltimore, deceased, and
the Executors of Adam Welsh, also of said city, deceased.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Baltimore county court, as a court of
equity, shall be and it is hereby vested with jurisdiction
to examine into and pass such a decree as they may be
of opinion may be necessary to carry into effect an agree-
ment entered into on or about the twenty-fifth day of
January eighteen hundred and forty-four by and between
the trustees of Alexander McDonald, late of the city of
Baltimore, deceased, and the executors of Adam Welsh,
also of said city deceased, touching and concerning cei-
tain leases and leasehold property therein contained.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That any lease or leases
or other conveyances, which may be made under and in
pursuance of any decree or decrees of the said court,
rendered in the premises be, and the same shall be held,
considered and operate, to be of like effect and operation,
as if the same were made by parties competent to execute
and receive any such lease, leases or conveyances.

be, and it is hereby empowered, to pass all and every
such order or orders as they may find to be necessary to
carry into full effect the operation of this act.

relief of sundry Insolvent Debtors.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
