his pleasure. Provided nevertheless, that the said Wilson
C. Swann, shall first have complied with the provisions of
the act of assembly, passed at December session eighteen
hundred and thirty three, chapter eighty seven, and the sev-
eral supplements thereto, requiring the payment of a tax,
for the use of the Colonization Society, and the filing of a
list of said slave or slaves, with the clerk of the county into
which the said slave or slaves may be brought.

An act to authorise Edmund J. Plowden, guardian of Hen-
rietta C. Plowden, to bring into this State certain negroes
therein named.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the passage of this act, it shall and
may be lawful for Edmund J. Blowden, guardian of Hen-
rietta C. Plowden, to bring into this State negro woman
Delia and her children, slaves for life of Henrietta C. Plow-

fourth section of the act of assembly, passed December

dred and twenty-three, and also with the requisitions of

An act to allow Jesse J. Dalrymple, administrator of James
A. D. Dalrymple, further time to collect the fees due to
the said J. A. D. Dalrymple, late register of Wills of
Calvert County.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Jesse J. Dalrymple, administrator of James A. D.
Dalrymple, be and he is hereby authorised to collect until
the first day of June, eighteen hundred and forty-five, all
fees due to the said James A. D. Dalrymple, as late Regis-
ter of Wills for Calvert county.
