Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of tax of Carroll county, be, and
they are hereby authorized, to pay to the said Evan L.
Crawford, any sum which they in their discretion may
think right and just, not exceeding sixty dollars, to be
levied on the assessable property of said county.

to levy a sum of money for the benefit of Mercy Wat-
ters, of said county.

Preamble.
|
Whereas it is represented by petition to this general
assembly, that Mercy Watters, of Harford county, is a
poor woman, blind, and aged about ninety years, and

has no means of support—Therefore,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of Harford county be, and they
are hereby authorized to place Mercy Walters upon the
list of out-pensioners for said county, and to levy for her
use the sum of twenty fire dollars annually.

An act relating to District School No. 3, in the Fourth
District of Charles county.
|
Trustees to
sell.
|
Beit enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the trustees of District school No. 3. in the fourth
election District of Charles county, be, and they are here-
by authorized to sell and convey the site upon which the
school house in said district was located and to purchase
another site for a school house and build thereon and
to apply the proceeds arising from the sale of the former
site to said purchase and building.
