CHAPTER 72.

An act relating to Anne Arundel County.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That it shall not be necessary in any indictment made in
that part of Anne Arundel county which does not include
Howard district, to insert the words all that part of Anne
Arundel county not included in Howard District of Anne
Arundel county, or any words of similar meaning in the
venue or body of such indictment, the words Anne Arundel
shall be sufficient, and as regards Howard District of Anne
Arundel county, the insertion of Howard District shall be
sufficient.

CHAPTER 73.

An act to repeat the first and second section of an act
passed at December session eighteen hundred and for-
ty-one, chapter one hundred and eighty-six, entitled, An
additional supplement to an act to regulate sales by Pub-
lic Auction, passed at December session eighteen hundred
and twenty-seven, chapter 111.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the first and second sections of the act passed at De-
cember session eighteen hundred and forty-one, chapter one
hundred and eighty six, entitled, An additional supplement
to an act to regulate sales by public auction, passed at De-
cember session eighteen hundred and twenty-seven, chap-
ter one hundred and eleven, be and the same are hereby re-
pealed.
