full and just amount to which he, she or they may be enti-
tled without any deduction or commission as by reference
to the vouchers herewith returned from No. 1. to 28. inclu-
sive, will fully show, and which vouchers are hereby di-
rected to be deposited with the Treasurer.

 

No. 29.
Resolution in favor of Ellen Henry.

It being represented and shown to this General Assembly
that Esther Henry an Indian annuitant of Maryland, died
intestate in the year eighteen hundred and twenty-eight,
leaving three sons living at the time of her death, her only
descendants and heirs at law, viz. Thomas Henry, James
Henry and Washington Henry, of whom the said Thomas
and Washington have since died intestate and without is-
sue, and said James Henry has also since died intestate,
leaving Ellen Henry his only child and heir at law now re-
Biding in Baltimore yet under the age of twenty one years,
who is considered entitled to one third of the annuity of
her Grand-Mother.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That,
the Treasurer of the Western Shore be and he is hereby
directed to pay to Joseph Ennalls of Dorchester county,
for the use of the said Ellen Henry, the sum of one hun-
dred and fifty dollars, being the arrears of so much of the
said annuity from the first of January eighteen hundred and
twenty-eight to the first clay of January eighteen hundred
and forty-three.

Resolution relating to the Washington Monument.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
upon the surrender to the Commissioner of Loans of the
certificates heretofore issued for ten thousand dollars of 5
percent stock of the state in virtue of chapter 1G5 of the
acts of assembly of December session 1829, the managers
of the Washington Monument be and they are hereby au-
thorised to pay over rateably to the proprietors of the said
